Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026

These terms apply to every order placed through Moldavite, operated by Hiddenite Limited (trading as Moldavite) of 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE, company number 17100727 ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and postcode, and shown in full before you pay. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and descriptions are accurate, but if we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we'll contact you before proceeding.

A contract is formed once we confirm your order is paid — not at the point you submit payment details. We may decline an order (for example, if a part turns out to be out of stock) and will refund you in full if that happens.

2. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided. If a delivery is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

4. Your right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or via our contact form before the 14 days are up.

Once you've told us you want to cancel, you must send the item back within 14 days. We'll refund the item price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or evidence you've sent it), using the same payment method you used to pay.

You're responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it's faulty or not as described. We may make a deduction if the item's value has been reduced by unnecessary handling on your part.

This cancellation right doesn't apply to parts that have been fitted or otherwise used, or made to your specification.

5. Returns (separate from your cancellation right)

Beyond your 14-day cancellation right above, if a part isn't right for your vehicle, we'll accept it back unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. If a part arrives faulty or not as described, see your statutory rights below.

6. Your statutory rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If they aren't, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on how long you've had the item.

7. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence, but we're not liable for losses that aren't foreseeable, or for business losses if you're a consumer buying for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you're unhappy with how we've resolved a complaint, the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform and UK equivalents may also be available to you.

9. Contact

Questions about an order: [email protected], our contact form, or check status any time from your account.
